Doug Haywood is a singer-songwriter whose songs have been recorded by: Jennifer Warnes, The Dillards, Mason Williams, Jerry Reed, Juice Newton, Jim Ed Brown, Helen Cornelious, Beth Fitchet-Wood, Darcie Deaville, Max Merrit and The Meteors, David Lindley, and many others. Doug performs his own songs and other songs he chooses to sing in concert and on his albums: "Nevada" and "In These Rooms."
Up until 1996, Doug worked as a professional "sideman", playing instruments and singing harmonies on concert stages and in recording studios. For 20 years he did extensive touring and recording work with Jackson Browne. Doug now lives in Colorado, where he produces recordings for himself and others and tours, doing performances of his music.
